bellicon Postnatal Specialty Class
Join other new Moms and babies in this 8 week speciality series. This series is designed by new Mom and bellicon Trainer, Jessica specifically to target the areas which get weak and/or tight during and after pregnancy.
Perhaps the most important part is sharing your stories and tips with other new Moms and getting some time for a rejuvenating workout!
Take this class if:
a) You are a new Mom!
b) Your baby is 6 months or younger.
c) You are looking to strengthen the pelvic floor and get back into shape in a gentle and healing way.
d) You are looking to meet other new Moms and have fun!
