Growing up in Michigan, Katie has always loved being active. She has 14 years of figure skating experience, and was a four-time varsity Cross Country and Track athlete. Her passion for fitness continued into her adult years. Through taking Pilates classes with fellow bellicon instructor Sarah, Katie was introduced to the bellicon method, and was immediately hooked.

Katie has worked in the food & beverage industry for the past seven years. She is a volunteer with the Junior League of Chicago. When she’s not teaching, working, or volunteering, Katie enjoys learning French, reading, and planning trips with her husband.
